RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. RETURN POLICY – GENERAL
Neha Dhaka Label has a strict No Return policy, except in the following circumstances:
– Manufacturing defects (tears, stitching issues, color defects, fabric damage, etc.)
– Damaged or defective items upon delivery
– Items significantly different from product description or images
2. WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
– Items that are worn, used, or washed
– Items with visible signs of wear and tear
– Items with removed or altered tags or labels
– Items that have been customized or altered
– Items purchased on final sale or clearance (clearly marked on product page)
– Items outside the return window
– Items with damage caused by customer mishandling
3. RETURN WINDOW
– Manufacturing Defect Returns: 7 days from delivery date
– Damaged Upon Delivery: 24 hours from delivery date
Returns beyond these timeframes will not be accepted.
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN (MANUFACTURING DEFECT)
Step 1: Contact Us

– Provide order number and reason for return
– Attach clear photos/videos showing the defect
Step 2: Return Authorization
– We will review your claim and provide a return authorization number (if approved)
– Keep this authorization number for reference
Step 3: Ship the Item
– Use the return shipping label provided (if applicable)
– Ensure the package is securely packed
– Keep the tracking number for your records
Step 4: Inspection and Resolution
– Once we receive and inspect the item, we will:
– Offer a replacement product of equivalent or higher value, OR
– Process a refund to your original payment method
5. EXCHANGE POLICY
If an item has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged, you have the following options:
Option 1: Exchange for Same Item
– Cost: ₹300 exchange fee
– We will ship the replacement within 2-3 business days
– You bear the return shipping cost for the defective item (we will provide return label)
Option 2: Exchange for Different Item
– Cost: ₹300 exchange fee
– Choose a different product from our collection
– If the new item costs more, you pay the difference plus ₹300 exchange fee
– If the new item costs less, the difference will be credited as store credit
Option 3: Return and Refund
– For manufacturing defects: Refund without exchange fee
– Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
– See Refund Policy section for details
6. FREE RETURN FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
The following items qualify for FREE RETURN with NO EXCHANGE FEE:
– Tears or holes in fabric not caused by customer
– Broken zippers or buttons
– Stitching errors or loose seams
– Color defects or dye issues
– Fabric damage visible upon delivery
– Product not matching description or images
– Wrong item delivered
For these items:
– Contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence
– Provide order number and detailed description
– We will provide free return shipping label
– Full refund or free replacement will be processed
7. DEFECT ASSESSMENT
When you submit a return for manufacturing defect:
– Our quality team will inspect the item
– Photographic evidence will be used to verify the defect
– If defect is confirmed: Full refund or free replacement
– If defect cannot be confirmed: Return will be denied (item shipped back to you at your cost)
8. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Upon receiving your order:
– Inspect the package immediately
– Check for external damage or tampering
– Open and inspect the product carefully
– Verify it matches the order and product description
If you find a manufacturing defect:
– Contact us within 24 hours
– Provide clear photos/videos of the defect
– Do not wash or wear the item
– Keep original packaging and tags intact
9. RETURN SHIPPING COST
– Manufacturing Defect Exchanges: Customer bears return shipping cost (but pays no exchange fee)
– Free Returns (Manufacturing Defect): Neha Dhaka Label provides free return label
– Non-Defective Returns: Not accepted (no refund or exchange)
10. CUSTOMS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If returning a defective item:
– Pack securely to prevent further damage
– Include original packaging if available
– Include a note with order number and reason for return
– Use the provided return label/address

11. TIMELINE FOR REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS
After we receive your returned item:
– Inspection: 2-3 business days
– Approval/Denial decision: 1 business day
– Refund processing: 3-5 business days (to original payment method)
– Replacement shipping: 2-3 business days
Total estimated time: 8-12 business days
12. NO RETURNS POLICY – CLARIFICATION
Please note: This policy applies to customer satisfaction returns only.
– We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or “no longer needed”
– We do not accept returns for sizing issues (please check size guide before ordering)
– We do not accept returns for color variation (we provide accurate images, but monitors display colors differently)
To avoid sizing issues:
– Carefully review our size guide
– Check customer reviews for fit feedback
– Contact us before ordering if unsure about size

– All items are inspected before shipping

14. FINAL SALE ITEMS
Some items may be marked as “Final Sale”:
– These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded
– Final sale applies to clearance, special bundle, or limited-time items
– This will be clearly marked on the product page
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you are unsatisfied with a return decision:
– Contact us within 7 days of the decision
– Provide additional evidence or explanation
– We will review your case again
– A final decision will be provided within 3 business days
